THIS IS THE FIRST BRITSH COMBAT SAMBO CHAMPIONSHIPS BEING HELD FOR JUNIORS.

This competition will be held to Full FIAS Combat Sambo for Adults and Combat Sambo Light rules removing ALL strikes to the head for JUNIORS and removing Elbows and Headbutts completely. Otherwise, normal FIAS Combat Sambo rules will be followed.

Sambo Shorts
Sambo Kurtka
Sambo Boots
Mouthguard
Groin guard
Shinpads
4oz Sambo Gloves / MMA Gloves
GI Bottoms will not be allowed. Rashguards and Spats/Leggings will be allowed for Juniors at the discretion of the officials.

WRESTLING AND BOXING BOOTS WILL NOT BE ALLOWED. SAMBO BOOTS REQUIRED

Junior Weight Categories will be matched on the day based on information provided and weigh in weights.

Adult Weight Categories will be as per standard Sambo weights.
Male 58kg, 64kg, 71kg, 79kg, 88kg, -98kg, +98kg
Female 50 kg, 59 kg, 54 kg, 65 kg, 72 kg, -80 kg, +80 kg
Weights may be merged in smaller categories.

No refunds will be allowed. Categories can be changed up to the registration closure date.
